The Main Lawn of the fairgrounds opens for swap meet vendors to set up around the perimeter as soon as OVM personnel are present to organize the event, usually about 7:00 am. Vendors are charged $20.00 for a space, free for OVM members.

Registration and move-in of motorcycles for the show on the Main Lawn will start about 8:00 am. Members may register and display vintage motorcycles – this year meaning bikes manufactured in 2003 or earlier. Placement on the lawn is grouped by category: Featured Marque (BMW this year), American, Asian, British, European, Café, and Racing. Judging is by People’s Choice for three trophies in each category with an additional President’s Choice trophy. People’s Choice ballots are available at the registration table and are due by 2:00 pm. Awards will be announced as soon as ballots are counted.

The show opens to the public at 10:00 am. Admission is $5.00 per person, 12 and under free. A motorcycle-only parking area will be set up in the paved area immediately west of the main lawn. We have arranged for additional restrooms. Membership table and tables for the sale of OVM merchandise (hats, shirts, et cetera) will be set up at the west side of the Main Lawn. Members may renew and new members can join during the show. Membership is $20.00 per year. Anyone who has paid the admission fee can join OVM for another $15.00. The local Lions Club food truck will return this year to sell coffee, water, soft drinks, snacks and food.
