Something special this month! We’ll ride to meet up for lunch with BMWRO friends from the NW and Central Western regions.
Meet at the Village Green City Park in Sisters. Our route takes us over Santiam and Tombstone Passes to Sweet Home, where we’ll turn south, riding through the Mohawk Valley down to the McKenzie River and then along Camp Creek Road to Hwy 126 at Walterville. From there it is a short jaunt to the Hendricks Bridge County Park where we’ll meet up with David Peterson’s group and Mike Davis’ group. Hendricks Bridge Park is on the McKenzie River with grass and big shade trees. Bring a sack lunch. You might also want to bring a camp chair or blanket to throw down on the grass. The return trip to Bend will be via Hwy 126/Hwy 20 over Santiam Pass. We’ll make a stop for gas before crossing back over the mountains. I look forward to seeing you at the Village Green!
